1. Precision multiple cross cut is assured with this rigid & accurate constructed fence. Multiple panels stacked up to 70mm thickness. 2. When panel width is less than 160mm, the air clamp automatically come down holding before clamping finger retract. |
 Saw Carriage |
1. Saw carriage moves on hard chrome plated guide rods for accurate straight movement that guarantees maximum cutting accuracy. 2. Guide rod are fitted with PU wiper for efficient sawdust wipe-off. 3. Variable saw carriage feed speed 10~25 meters per minute. |
 Safe Pressure Beam |
1. The pressure beam holds panels firmly on the table, clamping pressure is adjustable. 2. A safety switch emergently stops saw operations and release clamp, in case of operator's hand is placed on a unsafe position. |

MOTORIZED POWER FENCE:
Auto rip cutting is performed with the powered rip fence. Fence movement is driven by rack and pinion mechanism and is guided with high precision slide rail guarantees extremely parallel to cutting line.
SAW CARRIAGE STROKE
CONTROL:
Enable a selection of full stroke or stroke limitation as varied with panel measurement.
AC SERVO MECHANISM:
The mechanism drives AC motor, combined with rotary encoder feedback offers the maximum positioning accuracy to 0.02mm. It's convenient for motor replacement and reduce trouble to minimum.
VARIABLE FEED SPEED:
Variable adjustment of saw feeds to suite for various types of panel, and get maximum efficiency at all times. Saw feed speeds range 15~25 meters per minute. Fast return speeds 30~50 meters per minute.
MAXIMUM RIGIDITY:
The machine frame and table rest is fabricated from cold rolling steel plate providing maximum rigidity.
CONVENIENT SCORING BLADE ADJUSTMENT:
Vertical and lateral adjustment of scoring saw blade is easily accomplished.
