A: Centralized spindle lubrication:

Central location of lubrication system is conveniently lubricated for all spindles.

B: Extra short distance between top and bottom horizontal
spindle:

Close coupled with top and bottom spindles provides better control and accurate cutting performance.
The last bottom horizontal spindle accommodates gang rip saw.

C: Front adjustment lever of spindle and mechanical digital
readout:

All adjustment levers for all spindle are located in front of the machine. Levers layout confirm to human engineering theorem for convenient operation.
Mechanical digital readouts are fitted for each spindle giving accurate reading of spindle adjustment.

D: Powered feed roller:

The feed rollers are transmitted by cardan shaft for extremely powerful and accurate feeding effect.
The last bed feed roller is also power driven by cardan shaft providing extremely smooth feeding performance for any workpiece.

Outstanding features:

The panel is provided with graphics for motion indication. It's easily operated, safe and highly efficient.
The machine frame is one piece cast-iron piece from FC-25 tempered and rustproof treated. The entire frame is CNC machined for maximum rigidity, stability and precision.
The fully safety enclosure serves as a chip guard and helps to reduce noise.
Chrome hardened table surface for machining hard & abrasively.
Individual motor to all spindles.
Pneumatic pressure loading to all feed rollers.
Built-in working light.
All dust hoods are centralized on the top of the machine which facilitates installation of flexible hoses.
